Kilmore Racing Tips for February 21- Price and Kent Junior combination have a strong hand at Kilmore

Let’sfacethemusic is a lock in the opener at Kilmore. The Price/Kent Jnr galloper resumes from a spell and has finished runner-up in three of his five starts, with one of those coming at Group 3 level last August at Caulfield in the Vain Stakes (1100m). He was then solid behind Growing Empire over the 1200m before heading to the paddock. The son of I Am Invincible should be ready after a recent trial. 

Doppio can be an improver in Race 3. Another from the Price/Kent Jnr stable, she has had just the two starts and was ok at the latest of those when stepping up to the 1700m at Sale, grinding into 3rd position behind Cinch, beaten seven lengths. She was back early on a solid tempo but stuck on well at the business end. This is a weak maiden and the daughter of Reliable Man gives the impression that the 2000m will suit. 

This might be the one for Menzah One to break through after a string of minor placings. The most recent of those came at Sandown behind Climb The Ladder, while she was unlucky at Cranbourne prior to that. The Tony McEvoy-trained galloper went 1.8 lengths slower than standard benchmark last time, which is a better figure than what any horse in this race has produced. She gets out to the 1600m for the first time and has been solid at the back-end of her recent races, while this does look easier.
