There’s plenty of feature race action happening around the globe as we take a look at what’s in store for us this week.….
AUSTRALIA
On Saturday 12 July, the Caulfield meeting is highlighted with the running of the Sir John Monash Stakes over 1100m.
In Queensland, the Mackay Racing Club has their race day on Friday 11 July with the feature event being the Mackay Newmarket over 1300m.
Meanwhile over in Perth, The Belmont meeting on Saturday 12 July features two Listed events, namely the Aquanita Stakes and the Belmont Oaks with both races being run over the 2000m trip.
JAPAN
On Sunday 13 July, the Fukushima meeting is highlighted with the running of the Group 3 Tanabata Sho over 2000m.
IRELAND
On Wednesday 9 July, the Fairyhouse track plays host to the Group 3 Darley Irish EBF Stanerra Stakes.
Then on Thursday 10 July, the action moves to Leopardstown where the Group 3 Xin Gin Irish EBF Brownstown Stakes will be run and won.
Kilbeegan have a meeting on Friday 11 July with the main event being the Listed Kilmurray's Midlands National Handicap Steeplechase.
USA
All the feature-race action this weekend will be seen at the Saratoga race track starting on Friday 11 July with the Group 3 Coronation Cup.
Then on Saturday 12 July, the Group 2 Bowling Green will be run and won while the feature event is the Group 1 Diana Stakes.
Sunday 13 July finishes off the carnival with the highlight of the meeting being the Group 3 Quick Call event.
