This six-year-old son of Snitzel has been racing consistently throughout this campaign and broke through for a much deserved win at Doomben in an open class race three back.

Will be hoping the sun stays out in Brisbane for the remainder of the week and the claiming apprentice will only help his chances.

Was only fair first up over 1350m at Doomben much will take improvement out of the run and appreciate getting out to 1600m where he has won three of four.

This was a highly rated filly who matured with every run during her last campaign, culminating in 1.5 length win in open grade at this track and distance.
She’s clearly enjoying the change of scenery up in Queensland and I loved her trial leading into this first up assignment with just 54.5kg on her back.
Race 10: No. 7 Better Be Nordy
Showed his class when scoring by two lengths in this grade on the Sunshine Coast three back on a soft track and he’s one that will be hoping for some showers on Friday or Saturday morning.
He’s drawn very wide but if the gaps can open at the right time, he can run a hell of a race at $30.
