The Team Jolly-trained galloper is two starts back after almost 12 months off the scene and has shown enough to suggest she can figure in the finish of this event.

Last start, the Churchill mare improved off her first-up effort when she finished fourth in a Maiden Plate, here over 1600m.

From the outside gate (9), Rochelle Milnes settled her last of the nine runners, spotting the leaders eight lengths to the turn when she tracked wide and coming down the centre of the track, made up a ton of ground to finish just behind the placegetters.

From gate seven today, she maps to settle back in the field with Milnes in the saddle again for this assignment.

Fitter for those two runs back and placed third-up last preparation, the forecast soft track looks ideal for her today and with a clear run to the line, the five-year-old can give this contest a real shake.

Race 4: No.9 Reoffer

Sarah Rutten saddles-up Reoffer here who is second-up and looks set to go one better in this event.

Last start, the Pride of Dubai mare resumed after 22 weeks off the scene and impressed when she beat all but one to the line in a Class 1 Hcp over 1100m at Murray Bridge.

From gate two, Margaret Collett had the mare leading on settling to the turn, then in the run home, fought off one challenger but was then grabbed right on the line by a swooper, taking home second prize in the race.

Fitter for that first-up effort, she gets the gun-run from gate one today and maps to settle just behind the early speed with Collett retaining the ride for this assignment.

Placed twice in two previous second-up appearances, the five-year-old can figure in the finish of this contest.

Race 7: No.2 Chur Nibble

The Travis Doudle-trained galloper is third-up today and should be ready to produce his best in this event.

Last start, the New Zealand-sired gelding showed enough improvement off his first-up run to finish on the podium when he took home third prize in a BM58 over 1400m at Roxby Downs.

Dylan Caboche settled him mid-field on the dirt track before improving on the turn and soon after took the lead but was out-gunned in the closing stages and had to settle for the minor prize in the race.

Better suited on turf, he gets the gun-run from gate one here and maps to be box-seating on settling with Ben Price back for his fourth ride on the gelding, having steered him to his maiden victory last preparation.

Fitter for those two runs back, he looks well placed here to play a major role in the outcome of this contest.
