The Ciaron Maher-trained galloper is third-up here and with conditions to suit, looks a winning chance at odds in this event.

On a Heavy 9 that day, Adam Farragher settled her back in the field and in the run home, made up some ground to grab fifth place, beaten less than two lengths on the line.
From gate nine here, she maps to settle in the back half of the field with Farragher in charge again for this assignment.
Both career wins have come on rain affected tracks so conditions here are ideal for the three-year-old and fitter for those two runs back, she lines-up here well worth an each-way ticket in this contest.

The Waterhouse & Bott-trained galloper has shown improvement after two runs back and third-up today looks ready to produce his best in this event.

Sitting third on settling, Adam Hyeronimus was unhappy with the tempo and pushed forward to take over at the 1000m mark, then in the run home, ran out of gas and was unable to fend off the challenges, finishing just behind the eventual placegetters, beaten just over a length in the end.
From gate five here, he maps to settle near the speed with Hyeronimus calling the shots again.
Conditions here look ideal for him with two of his three career wins coming on soft tracks and given a trouble-free run today, he looks the testing material in this contest.
Race 7: No.5 Formal
Nathan Doyle saddles-up Formal here who is third-up and as a proven lover of wet tracks, looks right at home in today’s conditions and a real winning chance at odds in this event.
Last start, the Exceed And Excel gelding stepped-up in distance and finished a close-up fourth in a BM72 Hcp over 1300m at Warwick Farm.
Shannen Llewellyn settled him second in the Heavy 8 conditions before coming off the leader’s heels on the turn, then found the front and in the run home, was tied into a four-horse battle to the line, coming out of it in fourth place, beaten less than a length in the end.
Meeting similar company here, he drops back to the 1200m and from gate nine, maps to settle two or three pairs back with Will Stanley as the new pilot.
Placed twice in two previous third-up appearances and a two-time winner on wet tracks, the four-year-old looks well worth an each-way ticket in this contest.
