We have the best bets picked from across the meeting with a Best Bet and other value selections for Pinjarra racetrack.

Race 2: No.6 Hezangelic

The Team Pearce-trained galloper is high-flying this time in and looks well placed here at odds to give this a real shake.

Last start, the Universal Ruler gelding rose sharply in grade and wasn’t disgraced when finishing third in a Class 3 Hcp over 1000m at Belmont.

Zephen Johnston-Porter settled him just behind the leader (one off the fence) and battled on gamely in the run home, holding his own to take home the minor prize in the race.

Drawn well in gate five here, he maps to settle on the speed with Brad Parnham back for his third ride on the gelding and already a track and distance winner at Pinjarra, he looks set to figure at good each-way odds in this contest.

Race 6: No.6 Richanco

Another from the Team Pearce stable is Richanco who is unbeaten this time in and third-up here looks the one to beat again in this event.

Last start, the Rich Enuff gelding made it back-to-back success when he clobbered his rivals in a BM66 over 1000m at Belmont.

Shadowing the race leader, Brad Parnham rode the perfect race and after taking over inside the final 200m, he was never troubled from that point, crossing the line 1.5 lengths clear in the end.

Coming off city-class opposition, he takes on BM72 company here but should still find the task a little easier as Parnham sticks with him for this assignment.

Leaving the gates from barrier eight, he maps to settle just off the speed again and a clear run to the line should see him in with a chance of bringing up the hat-trick in this event.

Race 8: No.8 Camera Action

The Casey training team saddle-up Camera Action here who is in top-shelf form of late and coming off city-class racing here, looks ideally placed to ring up another win in this event.

Last start, the Shooting To Win mare was impressive when taking out the Provincial Championship Series Final over 1400m at Belmont.

Brayden Gaerth was on board that day and had it all to do after drawing the outside gate (16) in the big field.

Defying the odds, he settle well back and wide before circling the field and in the run home, showed plenty of strength to go on with it and cross the line more than a length clear in the end.

Clint Johnston-Porter is the new pilot here where far better drawn in gate four, the mare maps to settle near mid-field with cover.

If she can find clean air in the run home, the four-year-old should be there, fighting out the finish in this contest.
