The Simon Miller-trained galloper is in great touch after three starts back and looks well placed here to grab another win in this event.
Last start, the Snippetson gelding made it two wins from his three starts this time in when he took home first prize over 1000m at Pinjarra.
With William Pike aboard for his fourth ride on the galloper, he settled mid-field before running the best sectionals to arrive in time and grab the winner’s cheque.
Pike holds the reins again for this assignment where the four-year-old draws out in gate seven and maps to settle better than mid-field with cover.
Fourth-up here, he will be at his peak and looks hard to hold out in this contest.
Race 6: No.5 Simply Thinkin’
The Adam Durrant-trained galloper has proven to be a real punter’s pal recording four podium finishes from her five starts this preparation and ticking most boxes here, looks a solid winning chance at odds in this event.
Last start, the So You Think mare turned a bagful of minor placings into a victory when she clobbered a restricted class field over 1400m at Northam.
William Pike steered the ship that day and had the mare settled near mid-field before unwinding in the run home and ending up crossing the line almost two lengths clear of the pack.
1400m is the trip again here and drawn much better in gate four, she maps to settle better than mid-field with cover and carries a new pilot with Joseph Azzopardi returning for his third ride on the mare.
Both starts at the Bunbury track have ended in top-two finishes and while in top-shelf form, she looks set to go on with it here and is well worth an each-way ticket in this contest.
Race 8: No.1 Richanco
Team Pearce saddle-up Richanco here who is unbeaten in three starts this preparation and ticks all the boxes that suggest win number four is here for the taking.
Last start, the Rich Enuff gelding when he took on stronger company and still proved too good, winning a BM72 over 1000m at Pinjarra.
The four-year-old meets similar company here and ideally drawn in gate two, maps to settle near the speed.
Brad Parnham has been aboard for all three starts this time in and remains at the helm for this assignment.
Already a winner at the track and distance, he will take a ton of beating in this contest.
