Flemington Racing Tips for October 4- Godolphin youngster to be hard to beat in the Danehill Stakes

Going with Just Kick at the each-way quote in the Edward Manifold Stakes (1600m) for the three-year-old fillies. The Emma-Lee & David Browne-trained galloper is still a Maiden after four starts but has placed in three of those, including one at Listed level at her second start, which came in the ANZAC Day Stakes (1400m) at Flemington back in April. She has had two runs since then and was solid when resuming with a 3rd at Sandown over the 1300m before placing 7th in the Exford Plate (1400m) against the colts and geldings last time. That is arguably a better form reference for this and she went 8.7 lengths faster than standard benchmark, which is the second best last start figure of any runner. She should enjoy the step up to the mile and draws perfectly in barrier 3 with Damian Lane to ride. He strikes at a healthy 24% for the stable, providing a 36% profit on investment. 

Miraval Rose can make it back to back wins when she steps out in the Rose Of Kingston Stakes (1400m) for the mares. The Grahame Begg-trained galloper rarely runs a bad race and was 3rd behind Angel Capital when resuming over the 1200m at Moonee Valley before sticking to that trip and winning ahead of Stretan Angel at Caulfield on September 20. Her career peak came when third up at her last preparation, going from a 3rd at Caulfield to a win at Flemington over the 1400m in the Kensington Stakes when going nearly 11 lengths faster than standard. She will be handy from barrier 2 and should get the perfect trail with Jordan Childs to ride. He strikes at 26% for the stable. 

Happy to roll the dice on the Godolphin galloper, Tentyris, in the Danehill Stakes (1100m). The lead in to the Coolmore Stud Stakes (1200m) shapes as an interesting affair and the Todman Stakes (1200m) winner from the autumn comes into this first upBut he does have class on his side and was a second up winner at the track and trip back in February when dominating his rivals and Mark Zahra has a few options from barrier 5 in the 11-horse field. Expect the son of Street Boss to give this a big shake.
