The Adam Durrant-trained galloper is second-up here and looks ideally placed for back-to-back success in this event.
Last start, the Sessions gelding resumed off a 20-week spell and did it in style when he took out a BM60, here over 1000m.
On a Heavy 8 that day, Clint Johnston-Porter settled him last of the eight runners but made up the required ground in the run home to claim victory by a length on the line.
Well drawn in gate four here, he maps to settle in the first half-dozen with Johnston-Porter retaining the ride.
Already boasting two wins and two minor placings from four previous second-up appearances and two victories over the track and distance, his claims for the contest are too strong to ignore and he does look the one to beat.
Race 5: No.2 Sensessional
Team Williams saddle-up Sensessional here who is high-flying after two starts back and looks every chance of ringing-up the hat-trick in this event.
Last start, the Sessions gelding came off a first-up win at Pinjarra when he franked that effort by going back-to-back and scoring another win in a BM84, here over 1600m with William Pike aboard on both occasions.
Pike had him one pair back, on off the fence before taking over inside the final 150m and going on to win in a tight finish.
Drawn even better here, he jumps from gate three and maps to be box-seating on settling with Pike at the helm again.
Meeting similar company here over the 1650m trip, he is already a winner when third-up and unbeaten in five starts at the track and distance, he looks a genuine winning chance again in this contest.
Race 7: No.1 Shmoov Moova
The Simon Miller-trained galloper is three starts into this preparation and now looks ready to win.
Last start, the Territories gelding came off a close-up second in a BM72 over 1200m when he stepped-up to the 1400m trip and against similar company, walked away with the silver medal again, beaten by one better on the day.
On a seven-day back-up here, he draws ideally in gate two and maps to be box-seating on settling with William Pike on board again for this assignment.
At his peak here, and already a winner when fourth-up, he looks primed to end the run of silver medal finishes here and finally claim a victory on the Belmont track.
