The Team Munce-trained galloper is in career best form this time in and looks a genuine chance of going back-to-back in this event.
Last start, the Alabama Express mare made it three wins from her four starts back when she won a Class 4 Plate, here over 1300m.
Martin Harley settled her in front and setting a good pace, held the 11-strong field at bay, crossing the line a half-length winner.
Drawn out in gate 14 (of 18) here, she maps to cross and settle near mid-field with Harley steering the ship again.
This looks no harder and already a winner at the track and distance, a clear run to the line can see her figure in the finish.
Race 6: No.6 Spywire
Ciaron Maher saddles-up Spywire here who is in great touch after four runs back and looks ideally placed here for victory in this event.
Last start, the Trapeze Artist gelding proved too strong when winning The Syndicate at weight for age, here over 1100m.
Ethan Brown settled him just behind the leaders before tracking wide on the turn and finishing best to claim the winner’s cheque.
Ideally drawn in gate three here, he maps to be stalking the front runners again with Brown retaining the ride.
A track specialist, winning two of three starts here to date, he ticks all the boxes that put him in the ball park to win this contest.
Race 10: No.13 Miss Personality
The Eagle Farm-based galloper has won her past three starts and currently unbeaten in this campaign, looks well placed to add another picket to fence in this event.
Last start, the well-bred Lonhro mare made it a hat-trick when second-up, she took out a Class 6 Hcp over 1000m on her home track.
With Angela Jones aboard, she settled last of the seven runners early, before working into the race on straightening and finished best, arriving in time to claim her third-straight win.
Meeting similar company here at set weights, she draws barrier eight where she maps to cross and settle in the first half-dozen with Rachel King aboard for the first time.
Already a winner here and currently in faultless form, the five-year-old is well worth a ticket on both totes for this contest.
