The Michael Lane-trained galloper is in top-shelf form and third-up here looks the one to beat in this event.
Last start, the Universal Ruler gelding came off a minor placing when he knocked-up his second career win in Class 1 Hcp, here over 1000m.
Fitter after one run back from a 19-week absence, he was box-seating on settling before finishing best to score by a length on the line.
Now race-fit with two runs under his belt, the four-year-old draws nicely in gate three and maps to be box-seating again from barrier rise.
Chris Parnham has been aboard for all five race starts to date and is at the helm again for this assignment.
Down 2kgs from his last start win, a trouble-free run here should see him very hard to beat in this contest.

The Simon Miller-trained galloper is high-flying at the moment and ticks all the boxes here that suggest the hat-trick is on the cards in this event.
Last start, the War Chant mare came off her Maiden win at Northam when she franked that effort by going back-to-back and claimed victory in a Class 1 Hcp, here over 1650m.
On a Heavy 8 that day, she drew out in gate 10 (of 14) and after travelling wide most of the way, still finished the best and clobbered her opposition as she crossed the line three lengths clear in the end.
The four-year-old jumps from barrier eight here and maps to settle back in the field again with Joey Azzopardi retaining the ride.
Already a track and distance winner and in current winning form, she looks the one to beat in this contest.
Race 7: No.7 Fluro Neuro
Team Williams saddle-up Fluro Neuro here who has strung together seven-straight top-two finishes and second-up, looks set to continue the good work.
Last start, the Gingerbread Man gelding resumed off a four-month absence where he beat all but one home in the Listed Belmont Newmarket over 1200m run on the Pinjarra track.
Chloe Azzopardi settled him mid-field one off the fence before tracking wide on straightening where he finished off strongly but had to settle for second prize in the event.
Meeting Listed company again in this event, he jumps from gate six and maps to settle near mid-field with Pat Carbery as the new pilot.
Already a two-time winner at the track, and a two-time winner when second-up, the stats are there to suggest he is a genuine player here and is certainly worth an each-way ticket in this contest.
