Race 4: No.5 Elettrica
The Team Freedman-trained Elettrica has impressed in four starts this preparation and looks set to make another good impression at her Wyong debut here.
Last start, the Vespa mare stepped-up to a BM100 and with Zac Lloyd aboard beat all but one to the line over the 1400m at Randwick.
Settling back in the field, she came across heels inside the final 300m and made up plenty of ground to finish just half a length from the winner that day.
She draws gate seven in the eight-horse field here and has Jay Ford back in the saddle for this event.
Meeting similar company here, she will be at her peak after four starts back and with a clear run to the line, she should be there at the finish.
Race 5: No.4 Queen Of The Mile
The Michael Freedman-trained galloper is in great shape with three successive podium finishes this time in and with all the important boxes ticked here, looks set to challenge for another career win in this event.
Last start, the Written Tycoon mare came from well back to finish a close-up third in a BM78 over 1200m at Randwick.
Settling fifth (on the fence) she had some work to do before finding clean air and ran home strongly, beaten a ling neck on the line.
Zac Wadick rode her to victory three starts back at Canterbury and returns here for this assignment.
Already a winner at Wyong and ideally drawn in gate three, she maps to settle better than mid-field (on the fence again) and if she sees daylight early enough, the four-year-old will be challenging for victory again in this contest.
Race 9: No.11 Unstopabull
Chris Waller saddles-up Unstopabull here who is firing on all cylinders this campaign and third-up here looks the one to beat.
Last start, the well-bred Russian Revolution gelding was second-up and improved enough to snatch victory in a BM72 over 1100m at Randwick.
Missing the jump, he settled last in the small field where Nash Rawiller kept him on the fence and in the run home, found a passage through and finished best to grab the win.
From gate three, he maps to be doing something similar and should settle worse than mid-field on the fence with new pilot Zac Lloyd steering the ship here.
Already a track and distance winner and fitter after two runs back, a trouble-free run here and clean air at the right time should see him there at the finish.
