Royal Randwick hosts Epsom Handicap Day on September 30 with three Group 1s on a top-class program.
Joshua Bell has the best bets picked out from across the AFL Grand Final Day meeting at Randwick.
Race 6 (2:50pm) - No. 1 Tiz Invincible
The Maher and Eustace trained filly is a talented filly which is evident in three wins from as many starts so far this prep.
She had to overcome some adversity in the Group2 Tea Rose Stakes last start but pulled away to win by 1.3 lengths.
She meets a similar field in this event and can secure her first Group 1 victory with even luck.
Tiz Invincible - $2.30BET HERE
18+. T&Cs apply
Race 7 (3:25pm) - No. 9 Bella Nipotina
Bella Nipotina has been a consistent mare at the top level for some time and she loomed up as if she was the winner first up in the Group 2 Premiere Stakes to go down by less than half a length.
She meets the winner of that race, Remarque, far better at the weights in this event and has a fitness edge over the red hot favourite Think About It.
Will need some luck in running but represents good each way value at her current quote.
Bella Nipotina - $6.00BET HERE
18+. T&Cs apply.
Race 9 (4:45pm) - No. 14 Just Fine
Hasn’t put a hoof wrong since arriving on Australian soil, winning both race starts in arrogant fashion.
He’ll only be better now getting out in distance and will drop 5kgs on his last start win at Group 3 level.
Drawn well and will be incredibly tough to beat with the light weight.
Just Fine - $1.70BET HERE
18+ only. Ts and Cs apply
Race 10 (5:25pm) - No. 18 Airman
This Hawkes trained four-year-old gelding is a very progressive type who has now won four of his six career race starts.
Was three wide the entire trip when resuming at Rosehill but he savaged the line late to be beaten under two lengths.
Will appreciate the step up to 1200m where he is unbeaten in three attempts and will be required to carry just 53kg.
Airman - $4.20BET HERE
18+ only. T&Cs apply.
