Ballarat Racing Tips for June 30 – Two Sigma set for improvement in Race 7

Apache Sunrise can break through in Race 2. The eight-start Maiden has placed in four of her career starts, including her last two with the most recent of those coming at the track and trip on June 21 when runner-up behind Call Me Maura. She was posted wide no cover the trip but ketp coming to land a length away. She draws to land in the perfect spot this time around from barrier 3 and will be at peak fitness now after three runs. 

Two Sigma can be an improver in Race 6. The four-year-old is capable of much better than what she bought to the table when resuming on the Pakenham Synthetic on June 15 over the 1200m, racing keenly before finishing 10th of the 12 runners. She improved with racing under the belt at her last campaign to take out a BenchMark 70 at Sandown and was solid in a strong form race when second up last time. The stable go for a few gear chancges in a bid to get her to relax and she has attracted support in the early betting.
