Sale racing takes place on Wednesday, June 25, with a seven-race program set down for Sale racetrack.

Race 2 No.4- Yes We Are
Race 3 No.1- Moonbolt
Race 6 No.3- Sioux Spirit

Race 2 No.4- Yes We Are

Yes We Are is a clear top pick in Race 2. The Charlotte Littlefield galloper has finished runner-up in his two career starts and went for home too early on debut at Pakenham in what has turned out to be a strong form race before being posted wide no cover at Seymour last time and working home to again fill the exacta. The son of Yes Yes Yes comes in with the best last start benchmark figures of any horse in this race, while he should have scope for further improvement at his third career start. Brad Rawiler rides and strikes at a very healthy 35% for the stable, providing a 79% profit on investment for punters.

Race 3 No.1- Moonbolt

Happy to have something at a bit of a price on Moonbolt in Race 3. The grey galloper was last of eight runners on debut at Sandown but did close off well with the fastest last 200m to finish four lengths off them. This looks to be an easier maiden and the way he closed off on his debut would suggest that the step up to the 1400m should be right up his alley.

Race 6 No.3- Sioux Spirit

Sioux Spirit is a major player in Race 6. The promising four-year-old was a winner over the 1100m at Pakenham two starts ago before tackling the 1000m at Sale on May 28, finishing runner-up behind Pano’s Pride. She settled back from the barrier and covered a stack of ground before running on. The Jerome Hunter mare draws wide again and just needs to find a better spot in the run this time around to go one better.
