Last start, the well-bred Merchant Navy mare resumed after almost a year off the scene when in need of the run, she finished mid-field in a BM76 over 1200m at Murray Bridge.

Last start, the Star Turn mare found the podium again when she beat all but one home in a Class 2 Hcp over 1200m at Murray Bridge.
She meets BM66 company here and jumps from gate two and maps to settle back in field as Kayla Crowther returns for fifth ride on the four-year-old.
Already a track and distance winner here, if she can find clean air in the run home, she should prove hard to hold out in this contest.
Race 9: No.3 Declared
The David Jolly-trained Declared is second-up here and looks well placed to give this event a real shake.
Last start, the Churchill gelding resumed off a lengthy 34-week break and did well to finish third in a BM70 over 1000m at Murray Bridge.
Apprentice, Alan Lai was on board for the first time and from the outside gate (12), did his best to settle the galloper better than mid-field but was trapped four-wide without cover to the turn.
Under the circumstances, he did well to beat all but the first two across the line, finishing just one length back.
Jumping from barrier eight here, the five-year-old maps to use his early gate speed and cross to settle better than mid-field with cover.
Lai sticks with him and after his 3kg claim, the gelding fares well at the weights as he drops in class and faces BM66 company here.
Already a winner when second-up, he can figure in the finish in this contest.
