Kilmore Racing Tips for February 11- Luvya Mumma and Benriach are poised to chalk up the first win of their careers

Luvya Mumma can chalk up the first win of her career when she steps out in Race 3. The Liam Howley-trained galloper has placed at her past two and settled on the speed in a strongly run race at Geelong on January 28, sticking on for 3rd, while the others on the pace struggled at the business end. She went 1.9 lengths slower than standard benchmark, which is nearly three lengths better than the next best last start figures of any runner and the second best that any of these have produced. Alana Kelly sticks on board and the pair should go close. 

Benriach can improve on a first up effort that saw him place 6th at Moe over the 1100m on January 26. The four-year-old settled last of the nine runners in that race and did a few things wrong in the run, seemingly resenting racing between runners, before producing the second fasetst last 200m. The blinkers go on in a bid to get the son of Rubick to relax a bit better. Second up at his last preparation, he was a notable improver on benchmark figures when placing at Seymour. This looks a weak maiden and he will be ridden by Liam Riordan, who is one for one when combining with the stale.
