Caulfield Racing Tips for March 15- Picture looks perfect for Grahame Begg filly

Keen on Miss Aria in Race 3 of the day at Caulfield. The Danny O’Brien mare closed off well when first up in a slowly run affair behind Rey Magnerio then was back in a field of five when they jogged early on before closing off with some slick late splits behind Samangu. She meets that horse 4kg better at the weights and should enjoy a much better tempo in this assignment. The slight step up to the 1200m is in her favour and she draws perfectly in barrier 3 with Damian Lane on board. 

This looks to be a winnable race for Perfect Picture. The Grahame Begg filly has had the three starts for a win on debut at Pakenham before running home well to fill the exacta at Sandown following that, despite being wide throughout. Form out of that has seen the winner score in much harder company, while the 4th placegetter dominated her rivals in a BenchMark 64. Perfect Picture has since performed well at Group 2 level when 4th behind the gun galloper, Treasurethemoment. That looks the right form for this and she can land with cover early on from barrier 7. 

Madrina can go close in the VOBIS Gold Dash. The Waterhouse/Bott galloper comes into this third up and worked hard at Group 3 level at Caulfield over the 1100m when first up, fading into 6th behind Arabian Summer. She then ran on for 4th at Flemington over the 1100m on March 1. The daughter of Street Boss was a dominant winner at this stage of her last preparation and might push up to lead in a race that lacks huge amounts of pressure. Jamie Melham rides.
