Horses to follow and blackbookers who caught the Blackbook.com.au team's eye at the Ipswich meeting on June 19 headlined by the Ipswich Cup and Eye Liner Stakes

Race 4 - Red Bloom (fifth)

It can be hard to win races when you are over-racing and sitting three and four-wide with no cover for the entire trip, but this girl almost kept her perfect Ipswich record in-tact finishing just under two lengths from the winner. Had this been at any other course, she likely gets beaten five or six lengths, but there is something about this track that she loves. Whenever you see this girl in at this track, and this track only, make sure you are on board as she has the ability to find another level.

Race 9 - Euro Belle (fifth)

This mare ran out of her skin in The Gai Waterhouse as a $41 chance, coming out of a sixth placing in benchmark 85 grade. She only needs to drop back a grade or two and find another race where she is racing her own sex and she will be mighty competitive again. Her benchmark form around Dr Why Not reads well for those types of races, so if Euro Belle can bring this run to benchmark level next start in her own sex, then she is one that could fly under the radar.
