Horses to follow and blackbookers who caught the Blackbook.com.au team's eye at the Belmont meeting on June 19.

Race 4 - Dunbar (second)

A lightly race Bob Peters-owned three-year-old who was unbeaten from his first two starts last winter, including a victory over subsequent Listed winner, Chantorque. Didn't quite come up in the spring, but backed the good trial with a second here to Sunnysilk, sustaining a wide run behind a fit 1000m specialist. Suspect he'll be more effective at 1200m/1400m and this is a nice platform to launch off.

Race 6 - Excellent Dream (third)

Comfortably accounted for similar opposition back in March before a freshen-up and had excuses despite running good closing splits when returning on June 5. Had little luck here, racing three-wide throughout, but was still sticking on late as the pick of the on-speed grade and was spotting decent weight to first, second and fourth. Gets another chance of he can draw a gate next start.
